David Coppin Conceptial Artist

Hi this is Dave AKA "Bullyboy" and I just wanted to update everyone on my status. As you can see I've got my website up and running and I'm currently looking for work as an artist/ illustrator in the games development industry or comics.  So if your looking for a comic book artist or you know someone who is, let me know. Now I'm not much of a blogger as you can see "but I'm tryin' to change Ringo" so I just wanna list some of my interests and influences. If your in to what I'm into let me know. Now although I'm in to a lot of the new stuff I'm a retro guy at heart, so if you didn't grow up in the 80's you might wanna google some of these.

To be honest with you there is just toooooo much to mention in each of these categories plus I still want to add a TV show section, but I'll do that next time. Bullyboy.

 

Hi everyone, hope everyone is cool.

First things first, I've been getting complaints about this web page. "Who or what is Bullyboy?", "Why is it called Bullyboy when all the comics aren't about Bullyboy?" "Why is it so confusing?", "Why do you hate me?" and "I just want to read comics and now my head hurts and it's all your fault", Well allow me to try and clarify a few things. Bullboy is just the name of the web page, just like Google or Yahoo. Also it's my trademark for the comics i create, "Bullyboy comics". And before any other complaints come through i don't condone bullying of any kind unless of coures its against actual bullys. Bullyboy is more of a state of mind, like for instance when your travelling on the bus in the dead of winter and someone gets on wearing a big thick winter hat, coat, scarf and gloves and opens a window filling the bus deadly, evil, razor-sharp winter winds before undoing even one button on there coat. So you sit there trying to fathom their

logic and boring holes in to the side of their head with your eyes while your rage and mild hypothermia grows greater and greater. Now in a Bullyboy frame of mind you would jump out of your seat, slam the window shut in there stupid cretinous face, tell them about themselves before returning to your seat to be praised and applauded by your fellow passengers you've just saved from your collective icy grave, but of  course you don't do that because 1)the bus if far too packed to risk getting shammed in front of that many people, and 2) This person is clearly confident enough to open a window on the bus in the dead of winter and any confrontation with them could quite possibly end with you getting strangled with you own scarf. 

That's what Bullyboy means, 

The things you wished you'd said.

The person you wished you were.

Anyway that's enough ranting from me for one week, here's another comic about the girls, Enjoy.

Hi everyone, Sorry that i haven't been updateing the site since LAST YEAR! but i've been tryin to give it more of a personnal feel. So here is a strip all done by me. Enjoy.

P.s. I'm looking for ideas for a weekly 3-4 panel comic strip to post on the site. So if anyone has any ideas just leave me a messsage in the comments below and at the end of the week i'll choose one to make and post on the site, and don't worry i'll give you your own credit on the strip wright next to mine

Don't you just hate it when just as you think you've got hold of the right end of the stick as everybody else, you realise its the wrong stick, the end is alight and the stick is marked TNT.
